3.1 Watermarks on Videos: By using the content posting feature on Farrix, you understand and agree that we may add a watermark to videos you share on other social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This watermark will contain your user ID on the Farrix app to identify the source of the content.
3.2 User Reference in Description: In addition to the watermark on videos, we may also include a reference to your Farrix user in the description of the content when shared on other social media platforms. This reference may include your username, full name, or any other identifier you choose to provide in your Farrix profile.
3.3 Consent to Post and Share: By using the content posting feature on Farrix, you grant Farrix the right and authorization to add watermarks and references to your user in content shared on other social media platforms. This authorization is limited solely to the promotion and dissemination of content generated by Farrix users.
3.4 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you share through Farrix and the consequences of its posting on other social media platforms. By sharing content, you ensure that you have all necessary rights to post it and that you do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of third parties.
4.1 Data Collection: By using Farrix, you agree to our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. This may include your location, name, email address, and other information relevant to the operation of the app.
4.2 Geolocation: To provide you with relevant events and experiences, Farrix may use your real-time location. This information will only be used with your consent, and you can adjust the privacy settings at any time.
5.1 User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your use of Farrix and any consequences that may arise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farrix and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your conduct on the app.
